We analyse the roles, shift patterns, required licences and working conditions at your plant.

2. Industry screening

We recruit for competence: certificate and document verification, plus practical tests on client request and the medical checks your sector requires.

3. Arrival and housing

Visa, tickets, airport transfer, accommodation and registration – all on our side.

4. Onboarding on the floor

Introductory training, translated instructions and a coordinator supporting the crew throughout the contract.

Frequently asked questions about industry recruitment

Answers to the questions employers from each sector ask us most often.

Yes. The list shows the sectors where we have the most projects, but we recruit beyond it as well – send us the role profile, required licences and volume and we will check candidate availability across our origins.
We check documents and certificates in the country of origin and run technical interviews. For roles such as welder, CNC operator or C+E driver we can arrange additional practical tests as a paid add-on if the employer requests them. Food plants additionally require sanitary medical checks.
Usually the Philippines, Nepal, Indonesia and Bangladesh – for candidate availability, mobility and shift-work experience. For technical roles we more often recommend India, Turkey or Georgia.
Yes. In agriculture, warehousing and hospitality we typically use the temporary work agency model – workers are on our contracts, you are billed per hour worked and can scale the team up or down.
Introductory training, translated instructions and coordinator support are on our side. Job-specific training is delivered by the employer or, in the outsourcing model, by our on-site team leader.
Usually 1–3 months from contract to arrival; the single permit and visa slots decide the timeline. We do our best to reply with a preliminary quote within 48 hours, though depending on team workload it may occasionally take a little longer.
