Asian workers for finishing and installations
We recruit finishing and installation crews for contractors across North Macedonia – residential, offices, hotels and warehouses. The candidate profile is built around the technologies you actually use on site, not a generic job title. We run pre-selection, full legalisation, flights and accommodation, and onboarding under a foreman.

Finishing works decide when the project is handed over
A shell can be caught up with machinery; finishing can only be caught up with people. When subcontractor crews vanish halfway through a stage, the whole schedule slips by weeks. International recruitment gives you a stable resource for the entire contract.

What finishing companies come to us with
Crews disappear mid-stage
Subcontractors move people to a better paid contract and the finishing stage stalls. Your own stable crew removes that scenario.
Hand-over dates with no buffer
Finishing sits at the end of the schedule and absorbs every earlier delay. Missing people then translate directly into contractual penalties.
Rising subcontractor rates
The finishing market reprices week by week. An in-house crew gives a predictable man-hour cost for the whole contract.
Inconsistent workmanship
Rework after poorly laid tiles or cracking skim coat can eat the entire margin on a stage. That is why selection targets a specific technology, not a job title.
Who we recruit in Asia for finishing and installations
Most requests cover drywall, tiling and painting as well as sanitary installations. For roles requiring licences we run a separate selection track and arrange courses after arrival in North Macedonia.
Drywall fitter
Partition walls, suspended ceilings, plasterboard casings, jointing and preparation for painting.
Tiler
Ceramic and large-format tiles, bathrooms, kitchens, common-area floors, grouting and silicone work.
Painter and plasterer
Skim coats, machine and hand plaster, spray and roller painting, developer standard and turnkey finishes.
Plumbing and heating fitter
Water and drainage routing, underfloor heating, manifolds, sanitary ware installation and pressure tests.
Site electrician
Cable routes, boxes, fittings, apartment distribution boards – supervised work until the Macedonian SEP exam is passed.
Finishing labourer
Material handling, substrate preparation, protection, keeping the work front clean and supporting the crew.
Three models for finishing crews
The model depends on how much HR responsibility you want to keep. They can be combined – a core crew employed directly, with peaks covered by fixed-term staffing.
Permanent recruitment
The fitter is employed directly by you. We handle selection, legalisation, arrival and the first weeks of adaptation.
One-off recruitmentfixed-term staffing
Employment sits with us and you settle for hours worked – the natural model for peaks in the finishing stage.
Fixed-term staffingManaged crew staffing
We take over a defined finishing scope together with a foreman, schedule and responsibility for the result.
Managed staffingPre-selection by technology, not by job title
Candidates go through pre-selection: document verification and a technical interview about materials and past projects. Practical and language tests are an optional paid add-on we run whenever you request them.
Our recruitment filter
- Documented experience in finishing or installation work on site
- Photos or descriptions of previous work in the given technology
- Video interview about materials, tools and the sequence of works
- Ability to read drawings and work with a laser level
- Readiness to work away from home and on a construction schedule
- Verification of ID documents, certificates and previous work-abroad history
What we confirm on your side
- Building type and finishing standard: developer or turnkey
- Technologies and material systems the crew works with
- Stage schedule and the pace required per floor
- Split of scopes between crews and quality hand-over rules
- Who provides tools, equipment and protective gear
- Accommodation standard, transport and distance to the project
Courses and licences after arrival in North Macedonia
Foreign construction qualifications do not transfer one to one into Macedonian regulations. That is why the course plan is part of the project schedule, not an afterthought.
SEP qualifications up to 1 kV
Foreign electrical qualifications are not automatically recognised in North Macedonia. Candidates are enrolled on the SEP course and exam, usually within the first weeks after arrival.
Work at height and scaffolding
Height medical checks and training for platforms and scaffolding are arranged in North Macedonia before the worker enters the work front.
accredited inspection body licences for platforms and forklifts
If a fitter is to operate a mobile platform or forklift, we arrange the accredited inspection body course and exam.
Medical checks and safety training
Initial medical examinations, general and job-specific safety training with translation, plus a briefing on the rules of the specific site.
Legalisation and employment compliance
Documents are the longest part of the schedule, so we run them in parallel for the whole group. We operate under contracts fully compliant with Macedonian labour law.
single permit for residence and work or declaration
We match the route to nationality and role, and run cases in parallel for the whole crew rather than candidate by candidate.
Visas and arrival
Visa applications, consulate appointments, tickets and an arrival schedule aligned with your construction stages.
residence permit documentation and renewals
We track deadlines so continuity of legal employment is never broken during the contract.
Inspection-ready documentation
A complete document set per worker, notifications to authorities and a deadline register – ready for labour inspection and Border Police checks.
Details are described in our residence and work legalisation and single permit for residence and work services.
How a finishing crew project runs
01 · Project analysis
We map the building type, finishing standard, technologies, stage schedule and crew size.
02 · Competence profile
We build a role card listing technologies and tasks – that is the selection filter, not a generic job title.
03 · Sourcing and pre-selection
A campaign in two or three countries, document verification and technical interviews. Practical tests available optionally, for an extra fee.
04 · Approval and legalisation
You approve the candidates and we launch permits or declarations and visas for the whole group at once.
05 · Arrival and courses
Tickets, airport pick-up, accommodation, medical checks and SEP, height or accredited inspection body courses where required.
06 · Onboarding and care
Work alongside the foreman, an on-site coordinator, an onboarding report and the replacement guarantee.
Where we source fitters and finishing workers
We match the country to required skills, budget and timing. For difficult profiles we source in two or three countries at once.

Nepal
Wide availability of finishing fitters with Gulf experience, focused on long contracts.

India
Tilers, plumbers and site electricians experienced on large residential and hotel projects.

Bangladesh
Candidates for finishing and support roles, available also in larger crews.

Turkey
Strong finishing and installation craftsmanship with experience in European standards.

Georgia
Shorter legalisation process and cultural proximity – an option to top up a crew faster.

Uzbekistan
Construction experience from CIS markets, good availability of plasterers, painters and labourers.
Frequently asked questions about Asian finishing and installation workers
Who exactly do you recruit for finishing and installations?
Drywall fitters, tilers, painters, machine plasterers, plumbing and heating fitters, site electricians and finishing labourers. We build the profile around the type of project – residential, offices, hotels or warehouses.
How long does it take to recruit a finishing crew from abroad?
From signing the contract to the first day on site it usually takes 1–3 months for Asian and African origins. Eastern European origins can be faster, but the pool of skilled fitters there is smaller.
How do you verify the quality of a candidate's work?
We run pre-selection: document and employment-record checks plus a video interview covering technologies, materials and photos of previous work. Practical tests in the country of origin are an optional paid add-on if you request them.
Do installation fitters hold Macedonian qualifications?
Foreign qualifications are not automatically recognised in North Macedonia. Candidates with electrical experience are enrolled on a Macedonian SEP course and exam, and for work at height we arrange medical checks and training after arrival.
Can you send a complete crew with a foreman?
Yes. We usually work with crews of 4–12 people led by a foreman or coordinator who explains the scope and keeps the quality standard.
Who is responsible for quality and rework?
In the managed staffing model the scope and hand-overs are our responsibility. In permanent recruitment and fixed-term staffing the site manager supervises quality, while we are responsible for candidate selection and the replacement guarantee.
Do workers bring their own tools?
Power tools and measuring equipment are normally provided by the contractor. Workwear, footwear and personal protective equipment can be on our side – we agree this before the project starts.
Do you handle employment legalisation?
Yes. We handle single permits for residence and work, declarations, visa applications, residence permit documentation, registration and notifications to the authorities. Documentation is ready for labour inspection and Border Police checks.
